We’ll be playing acoustic sets at the following ‘ROCK AGAINS THE TPP’ shows:

July 23: Denver, CO w/ Tom Morello, Anti-Flag, Evangeline Lilly, Flobots + more

August 19: Seattle, WA w/ Talib Kweli, Anti-Flag, Evangeline Lilly + more

August 20: Portland, OR w/ Anti-Flag, Evangeline Lilly, Downtown Boys + more

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is a legally binding deal between 12 governments, including the U.S., that was negotiated in total secrecy with hundreds of corporate lobbyists helping draft the text. If ratified, it would be the largest backroom deal of its kind in history, and it poses a grave threat to good paying jobs, the environment, internet freedom, food safety, and our basic democratic process.

The biggest challenge we’re facing in the fight to stop the anti-democratic TPP agreement is that too many people still don’t know what it is.

That’s a real problem. And corporate lobbyists are hoping to exploit it to quietly rush the TPP through Congress this Fall.

Fortunately, ROCK AGAINST THE TPP will help sound the alarm: Click here to take action and learn more!

Our friends at digital rights group Fight for the Future, legendary guitarist Tom Morello (of Rage Against the Machine, Prophets of Rage, and Audioslave), and his new label Firebrand Records have come together to organize Rock Against the TPP––a nationwide roadshow featuring high profile speakers and performers coming together to educate the public about the grave threat that the TPP poses to our most basic rights. The tour is sponsored by Citizens Trade Campaign, Communications Workers of America, CREDO, Demand Progress, Friends of the Earth the International Labor Rights Forum, Public Citizen, Sierra Club, SumOfUs, and the Teamsters.

Through a series of large-scale educational concert events, protests, and teach-ins, educating people who have never heard of the TPP before, we are igniting a mass movement to stop TPP in its tracks.
