I ate Quorn burgers with salad and grated beetroot that I grew on it. The beetroot is really tasty, although they are very small.

First time in weeks that I cooked something proper on a work day instead of spending money on take away food or giving in to unhealthy and/or prepared stuff.

I made Aloo Gobi, a simple Indian everyday dish with potatoes and cauliflower and some nice spices like ginger, cumin and kurkuma.

Because they are cheap and you need something to balance out the costs of organic free range meat? Sweet potatoes are quite expensive here, but I'm not sure, where they come from, so maybe it's because they are imported from overseas.
