Replying to House md is a wonderful show

They always do that. Catch your attention with nice "monster of the week" episodes and then introduce boring relationship drama. Although the characters here are interesting enough to keep it awesome, especially with the latest unexpected twist.

And it could be worse, like a story arch including utterly annoying angels or something.

I remember when the show was 80% medical mystery and 20% personal drama of the doctors. Now that percentage is switched.

House is a wonderful show spambot, you can come round to mine and watch it anytime my friend.

If not for the million other reasons I'd know this is a spambot, it mostly is because no one says the full title "House MD", it's not even on the TV guide.
