Appeal To Reason and Sufferer And The Witness were horrible. The first two were pretty good, though.

The first 3 albums are arguably 3 of the best punk (or whatever you want to call them, melodic hardcore?) albums ever. The Unraveling and Revolutions Per Minute are genious. The Sufferer and The Witness was really good, but a little too over-produced and I didn't like the different style adopted in some songs. Appeal To Reason is one of those albums I'll love to listen to every now and then, but it could spend long periods amongst my cd collection.
You can storm the edit suite or move to block its theatrical release, but I think we can safely guarantee that there will be no revisions to the script made on behalf of a supporting cast(e).

I saw them in April @ Groezrock. I was in the front row, it was awesome!

VERY arguably. That's one of the most arguable statements I've ever seen, actually.

I think that Siren Song And The Counter Culture is the best album and State OF The Union, Paper Wings, Blood To Bleed and Give It All are the best songs on this album.

I love their music!

I think the sufferer and the witness is an awesome cd from front to back. My favourite song from them is probably Everchanging though.

Personally, I'd be pushed to think of any album that is as good as The Unraveling and Revolutions Per Minute in the punk/hardcore department.

Yeah, i've been pushed all the time, but i was also pushing people at the begining of the show to reach the barriers cause i couldn't see the stage where i was

I saw them at a festival last year but it was wet, rainy, I was exhausted because it was the end of the day, and due to a kajillion reasons, i couldn't be anywhere *near* the front, so kept being shoved and almost falling in the mud by drunken idiots.

not that fun, but it wasn't their fault.

I've seen them live once a few years ago and it was a pretty good show, too many people there though. My favorite album is the original release of The Unraveling, the re-issue is good but it was digitally remastered and sounds different from the original, the original sounds like a whole other band.

Fuck, I used to see them all the time at the Fireside Bowl in Chicago.
I definitely think The Unraveling is above and beyond as their best material... such a flawless fuckin' album!  Everything they've put out since, though I still like it, has never been as good as the preceding release.

The best time I've seen them was in a small church basement in Downers Grove, Illinois.  Fall Out Boy opened (one of their first shows, I believe), and got booed off the "stage" (read- floor).  Only about 25 people there.  They played nearly all of The Unraveling, and a few songs which would eventually wind up on Revolutions Per Minute.

I really, really hate how they play either one or ZERO songs from The Unraveling live now... what the fuck.

I saw them at the end of March and it was one of the best gigs I've ever been to.  I love all of their albums, Siren Song of the Counter Culture is probably my favourite though.
