There's this big group of kids that live down the street (most of them are mixed, some of them just white, then there's the white mom and the black dad). I thought they were decent kids at first, but now I'm a bit paranoid to even go near their house, which is hard cause I usually take 3 or 4 walks everyday. Turns out they're horrible kids. Just since they've been here (probably since last Winter or something) I've seen/been told they've stolen a lady's purse, broke into a car, tried to break into a repo car, break into our neighbor's house and stole her jewelry, their parents bought them shotguns and ammo and they've been seen around with the guns fully loaded, they broke into the abandoned house just down the street, they swear at their mom and insult her, they broke one of the neighbor kids' little black chair, they tried to choke my little friend's brother, the one kid almost hit my friend, they pushed our neighbor's little boy off his bike a couple times, the 14 year old was driving a car (and he even had to use a booster seat to drive it) with his brothers and friends in there hanging out the window, and they've car surfed.

Should I call the cops on them or something?
Even though we don't have any actual evidence, so I don't know how they could be convicted of these things.
But I fear for myself and my neighbors, with these horrible kids around, I'm always afraid to see what they do next, cause I swear they something at least once every week since Summer began. And I heard the 15 year old is in jail for driving without a license.

What should I do?

Secondly, you should go hang out with these kids, they sound cool.
they sound like they are more law-abiding than the people who rent my dad's rental houses and my dad's girlfriend's associates. Sure they are douchebags, but at least it's not boring, just laugh at them when bad things happen to them.

I'm not hanging out with kids who have guns and bullets in their possession that have committed crimes in the past. I'm not getting shot by them, accident or on purpose.

Calling the cops is generally a bad idea; that being said, if they light a house on fire, or rape someone, then you have a valid reasons, but their crimes seem rather minor and the "justice" system isn't exactly helpful to people like them.

My advice would be to just avoid them.

I know hahahahaha, someone got stabbed about 30 seconds from my house last night, its well shit.
But yeah, I'd just avoid them as much as possible, I'm sure the people they've stolen from etc have reported it themselves, only report it if they do something to you x

I know a house like this. One of their friends tried to run me over with their fancy car. I just laughed at them.
I used to live in a ghetto-ish part of town here and walk home from work every night.

A drive-by happened in my town a few years back. As in, they drove by him, hit him with a car door, then stabbed him. It's technically a drive-by. Sort of
