His hideout was supposedly in Bilal Town which is right infront of the PMA. RIGHT INFRONT OF IT. Hell, I had to go through a bunch of checkpoints just to drive through there, it's a high security military area... and it's also upper-class. Houses retired officers, engineers, and doctors... I'm having trouble believing he was in there for so long and no one noticed...
And no, there are no seas near the place. Abbottabad is a valley in the Himalayan foothills...

Most hilarious as always the critique of the stupidest secretary of foreign affairs Germany ever had, Guido Westerwelle: He reminded her to show more respect for Islam. Oh well.
Anyway, the U.S. government changed the statement about the details of how Bin Laden had been killed. First they said, he was armed, now they admitted he wasn't.

Anyway...personally I am not exactly happy he´s dead. Firstly, it´s not good to be happy because someone has died, and secondly I am far from believing that the world is now a "safer place". As Al-Qaeda must be raging. And what I don´t understand AT ALL is the celebrating people in American streets. wtf? How many times can you shout "USA" until someone tells you to shut up?

And as you speculated, they're not happy.

We might ask ourselves how we would be reacting if Iraqi commandos landed at George W. Bush’s compound, assassinated him, and dumped his body in the Atlantic. Uncontroversially, his crimes vastly exceed bin Laden’s, and he is not a “suspect” but uncontroversially the “decider” who gave the orders to commit the “supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole” (quoting the Nuremberg Tribunal) for which Nazi criminals were hanged: the hundreds of thousands of deaths, millions of refugees, destruction of much of the country, the bitter sectarian conflict that has now spread to the rest of the region.
