Fallout: NV is amazing, I'm playing my brother's 360 copy, and I want to get it for PC (as well as FO3, for mods of course).

Problem is, my PC has internalized graphics and is slow as hell. Does anyone know where to get a decent gaming pc?

My family desktop got a virus and died (because they wouldn't let me try to fix it), and my laptop can't be upgraded in the sense of graphics cards, because its internalized. I have 4gb ram and it won't help because the slowness is caused by the graphics card.

I interesting fact- in a 32-bit operating system it is [nearly] impossible to use more than 4gb of RAM. you can put 10 GB in your machine and the OS may even say you have 10 GB, but you can only use 4.
