Well that is fucked up but seeing as the new vice president was in the car and a bulit actually hit the car it's not surprising they gunned it out of there, not saying it was right its quite fucked up.........

Is there any more information on who was driving the car? I see some websites reporting this as an American diplomats car, but I don't know where that information is coming from.
