why is it only good news if you know her personally id say its good news knowing that anyone thats been shot and not deserved it is going to survive and hopefully make a full recovery

Who does deserve to be shot? Who decides which people deserve to live and which don't? I just can't care that much about all 7 billion people on the planet when I don't know most of them.

I can think of quite a few people of that deserve a bullet in the brain. No one has the right to decide who lives and dies.
I care about most people to a certain degree for example I want everyone on this earth to have the bare essentials to live a safe and healthy life.

I'm saying it's not possible to care about each individual on the planet. If you worried about everyone who got injured or sick you wouldn't have time to look after yourself.

I dont think i contradicted myself I said I can think of a few people who think deserved to die I didn't say i had the right to determine if they live or die I just wouldnt mind if they did face full of buckshot.
True but in my opinion its not an individuals job to help the neediest people in society,thats the job of the society as a whole.
