I just watched The Boondock Saints, and when the fucker said this I knew I had heard it before in a song. Now I'm going crazy trying to figure which band and which song it was. I initially thought Aus-Rotten, but that's probably not true. I feel like I've been listening to this song for a hella long time, so it's probably something similar to A-F or equally popular. Anyone got any ideas?

Does the band, The Awakening ring a bell? That's the closest I found.

History is not something that happens to people--it is the activity of people. Culture does not dictate human behavior--it is the sum of human behavior. Technological progree is not a force of nature, either.

No they actually quote the line in a song. It's a song by Much the Same, think it was on one of the A-F Records samplers back in the day.
