We ain't got shit.
History is not something that happens to people--it is the activity of people. Culture does not dictate human behavior--it is the sum of human behavior. Technological progree is not a force of nature, either.

It's the snowfuckinpocalypse.
Go to work; send your kids to school;
follow fashion; act normal;
walk on the pavement; watch TV;
save for your old age; follow the law.
Repeat after me: I am free.

I believe Obama called it a Snowmageddon. Either way, I shoveled for over an hour to make 2 small paths on our driveway. I'll be surprised if we can have school before Wednesday.

This is a fucking lie.
We live in a confused state.

One day its in the upper 70's and its wonderful, the next day its POURING DOWN RAIN FOR THREE DAYS STRAIGHT,
and after that, it gets windy- which makes it FEEL cold, and then blows all the pollen and dust around, which for someone who has seasonal allergies, makes life miserable. My nose is runny, my feet feel like ice, and my head feels like a balloon. Baking donuts tonight is NOT something im looking forward to...

One thing I really don't miss about living in a house: shoveling snow.

We're supposedly getting more snow on Tuesday, so it may be even later than that.

I meant snow-wise. It's windy as hell out there.

I'm actually quite proud of how much I've been able to shovel. We're nearly able to drive a car out of our driveway.

No school Monday or Tuesday. And I heard 6 inches on Tuesday, so that means none Wednesday, either.

We didn't get enough to cancel today. We're getting it on Tues, though. If we're off on Wednesday, I'm going to punch a hole in my wall. They had better not cancel that day.

I've got a big trip on Weds afternoon through Saturday. We're staying w/ host families but we have to get there Wed. for registration. If school is cancelled, everything gets fucked up.
