Anti-Flag are politically active. They fight for freedom, for human and animal rights. They fight against suppression and corruption.
So does Anonymous. Besides that, we fight for freedom of speech and freedom of the internet. We fight for the truth, and against the lies the government and the media feed us on. Do you think Anti-Flag would support Anonymous?
Would YOU support Anonymous?
Here is a link to a youtube video, which all of you should watch:

But I'll give you guys the benefit of the doubt and watch the video, because I support what you've been doing regarding the entire Wikileaks fiasco.

I guess my only problem with it is that it doesn't really say anything about what we're fighting against, other than oppression, which is a cookie cutter slogan that is meant to appeal to everyone. When I watch the video I see it as a proposal for an anarchist participatory economic alternative to the current system--the Guy Fawkes mask further perpetuates that. Yet I'm sure Ron Paul libertarians would see it completely differently.
I imagine this is the point though, and that "stage 2" will offer more details. I look forward to remembering November.

It pretty much explains what the Plan is about.
-Freedom of speech
-Government transparency
-Personal growth and education

Lulzsec is or were part of Anonymous. They didn't do it just for the fun of it, though. They had a good reason for the sony hack. If you are not familiar with that story, i'll gladly tell you more.

Its only sure anonymous DDOS'd sony - a few others that might have been them but they've denied them, well someones denied them...
"anons" keep appearing on IRC and asking ridiculously stupid shit - they normally get trolled or banned but its still annoying as hell if your trying to have a serious conversation.

And again, I'm with you guys on the Wikileaks thing, as it pretty much represents what you've described above.

As all of you know the PS3 is a very expensive and potential device.
Over a year ago PS3 itself was hacked by some people. That allowed them to run Linux and selfmade homebrew on PS3.
After Sony found that out, they sued them. Just because the people modificated the device they had bought. Honestly, how would you react if you bought a TV, DVD player or a simple toaster, modificated it and then got sued by the manufacturer?
They are basically selling a very expensive device with a limited functionality.
That was why Anonymous started a DDOS on Sony's servers. Sony could have taken it as a warning, but they didn't.
They were not ready to change their policy. Only then did their servers get hacked. They just got what they deserved.

Someone mentioned that the video only vaguely mentioned "oppression" as a generic term. This is true. However, I think that the power of this group is in the way people can point out what they see as oppression and violations of rights across the world. Anon can evolve to become a base for the average world citizen to have a voice. Isn't that what Underground Network is about? It is through information unhindered by corporate sensationalism and propaganda that we can make a difference against the dangers of free trade, globalization and corporate greed and corruption in America and across the world. The hackers get all the news (and they're vilified for it) but I think this organization has its heart in the right place, and it seems to be in the hands of the people.
I urge Anti-Flag and their fans to voice their support for Anonymous. And I would suggest Underground Network as a rallying song for their cause.

Dennis: Listen, strange women lyin' in ponds distributin' swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. Oh but if I went 'round sayin' I was Emperor, just because some moistened bint lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away.
